I have extensive expertise in local governance, child protection, gender-based violence (GBV), risk communication and community engagement (RCCE), Girls Education (GEP), project cycle management, civil society mobilization, decentralization, social inclusion, and the value chain approach. Hem Raj excels in strengthening community-based organizations (CBOs), participatory planning, effective program implementation, joint monitoring systems, report preparation and presentation, and coordination with INGOs, NGOs, and government sectors. He is skilled in expenditure tracking, reviewing, and forecasting, as well as training facilitation. Additionally, Hem Raj has significant experience working in emergency settings under AAP/RCCE and providing psychosocial counselling for children.
